Dumfries- Triangle Rescue Squad made its quarterly trip to the Virginia Association of Volunteer Rescue Squads (VAVRS) to compete at a district level and attend the meeting. S. Chasin, S.Gantt, J. Apter, and C. Witkowski competed in the BLS portion. D-TRS took FIRST PLACE for the medical scenario. C. Witkowski and S. Gantt also provided competition in the EVOC II portion though not placing. D-TRS plans on attending future meetings as well as hosting the VAVRS meeting this November.
